Apple is on the verge of launching a new and massive iMac Pro. The company is developing a 32-inch model that is expected to be available by the end of 2025. This device will replace the older iMacs with Intel processors, positioning itself as the ideal choice for professional users.
What’s New?
The upcoming iMac Pro is still in the development stage. Apple has decided to focus on creating more powerful and efficient hardware, moving away from Intel chips in favor of its own Apple chip. This change will bring significant improvements in performance and energy efficiency.
The display will be one of the main attractions, with a size of 30 or 32 inches and ProMotion technology allowing a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Additionally, the display will use Mini-LED technology, resulting in better contrast, brighter images, and more efficient energy use. Users will enjoy deeper blacks, more intense highlights, and a more immersive viewing experience.
In terms of design, the new iMac Pro will maintain a similar aesthetic to the current 24-inch iMac, but it will be slightly thicker to accommodate the powerful hardware and enhanced cooling systems. This advanced hardware requires a bit more space to stay cool and operate optimally.
Under the Hood
The iMac Pro will be equipped with an M4 Pro or M4 Max chip, representing a significant leap in performance, with faster processing, improved graphics, and greater efficiency. If you’re interested in the model with the M4 Pro chip, be prepared to spend at least $3200, while the version with the M4 Max chip could reach $4000. Although it’s a significant investment, it’s aimed at professionals who require high-performance specifications.
